Marnix Verduijn, or Nix, teaches cartooning at the Sint Lucas school in Brussels, and is one of the best younger artists around. in 2006, he was awarded the Prize for the Best Debut Album at the Angoulème Festival for Kinky And Cosy. He also frequently publishes in newspapers and magazines in Belgium and France. The portrait above was published on march 14.
