The Dutch current affairs magazine Vrij Nederland regularly publishes strips by established or lesser-known Dutch and foreign cartoonists. Typically these strips are printed on three consecutive right pages in the magazine, offering the creator a unique possibility for cliffhangers.
The strips above are by Erik Kriek, and ran in this year’s Detective and Thriller special, which was published in june.
