Far out, Jack !
In his online mini-comic Chemical Salvation (originally publised in LSD and Psilocybin Research), writer and artist Phocks gives introduction in the history of LSD from its invention by Swiss chemist Albert Hoffman, over Zandoz’s research in its possibilities (such as a cure against alcoholism) to its adoption by the psychedelic counter culture and beyond.
It’s a quite interesting essayistic comic in its own right, but what makes it totally hilarious, is that it’s designed as a Jack Chick tract, giving it the overtone of a zealous writing, aimed at converting you into psychedelica.
