The Ephemerist

In the later issues of Whiz Comics, Basil Wolverton had a recurring feature called Culture Corner, dispensing advise on how to behave in his own trademark style of hyperbolic art and absurd narration.  These two examples were published in Whiz # 74 and 76, respectively.
