This was the poster for an Ivan Brunetti exhibition in the Fantagraphics gallery, earlier this year. I dig the Van Gogh reference.

Found this somewhere on a blog – Ivan Brunetti’s cover to last month’s Nickelodeon Magazine‘s comic book.

Urgent plea : is there anybody out there who knows of a way for me to get my hands on all this cool Nickelodeon stuff ? I have some copies of things that Craig Thompson did for that magazine, and it blew me away. So please !!!

New Yorker cover without logo

One of my favorite cartoonists, Ivan Brunetti, makes his debut today as a New Yorker cover artist. It’s a nice illustration, too. I first heard about this last week on the Fantagraphics Blog, but this week, the final version with the New Yorker log was published on their web site. As this will probably be gone within a week, I’m taking the liberty of copying it here.
