“The Escape Artist”, a comic by Hope Larson, was published recently on the New York Times’ Op-Ed pages (be sure to click on the ‘next’ link at the top right of the page to read the full comic).
Larson was recently awarded the Eisner for talent deserving wider recognition, and rightly so. I was very much impressed by the earnestness of her Gray Horses, and it’s very good to see that she’s continuing on that expressive wavy line that she’s developed.
