I remeber when the last page of the New Yorker used to run actual comics. Nice, full-color pieces by Roz Chast, or Ed Sorel, Or Chris Ware, or any of a hundred of their semi-regulars. I suppose the Kaption Kontest is popular, but damned if it doesn’t suck
