As far as I’m concerned, this is the best Mutts storyline so far. It’s got everything : dead pan logic, Beatles, wordplay, and, of course, Earl and Mooch. Patrick McDonnell rules the comics !

A couple of weeks ago we had this comic strip in the sunday paper, in German language, I loved it. I wanted to see the English version and – to my surprise, the German comic version is different.They added: “Good Bye Love” “Sigh” John has left the Beetles.

I´ll have to admit, I never really paid much attention to Mutts but these are great, so I might have to accept this as an oversight needing to be rectified.
