Tintin from the Congo

Thanks to our country being at least officially predominantly Catholic, we had a nice middle-of-the-week holiday yesterday, which we spent by visiting our national Africa Museum in Tervuren.  If you really want to know why Belgium has an Africa Museum, please check this Wikipedia entry.

Anyway, in the rather bleak museum store, my eye fell on these wooden figures that clearly represent one of our finer and more closely guarded export products.  They obviously were not even slightly authorised, but still, not a sign of Moulinsart around…
