It’s becoming a beautiful tradition – new painfully beautiful records by Manchester band Elbow, illustrated with equally beautiful cover art by Oliver East. East has provided the artwork for all Elbow releases since the 2008 single Grounds for Divorce (including the album The Seldom Seen Kid, which finally presented Elbow to the world at large).
Elbow’s new album, Build A Rocket, Boys, will be released in March, and will once more sport a vintage East, sparce in what it actually shows, but rich in what it invokes. Additionally, there’s also the first single Neat Little Rows, again with a beautiful cover illo by Oliver East.
