Serious Tintin

Over on Viñetas, Joan Navarro just posted a vintage movie poster for the Spanish version of Tintin Et Le Mystère De La Toisson D’Or, one of the two live action Tintin movies that were made in the 1960’s.  I love the way this image actually gives the film a bit of earnestness, and how the colour of Haddock’s sweater is totally off-canon…

    “Tintin et le Mystère de la Toison d’or” would be the correct title.

    But the actors look more like the comic book than the poster does!
