There have been a lot of comic-related alphabets popping up all over the ‘net off late, but this one is particularly interesting. Illustrator Fabian Gonzalez actually kept the shape of the separate letters as untouched as possible, only adding very minimal colors and patterns to hint at the superhero the letter is referring to. And once more, the only comic hero who’s name starts with an X turns out to be Charles Xavier…
On a related note, I also rather liked Gonzalez’s series of minimal super-hero-themed icons, shown on design.org.
