Mattotti is summery and sweet

For the cover to this week’s New Yorker magazine, Lorenzo Mattotti found inspiration in his holiday in Argentina.  He saw his children play table tennis in front of an open window, and, as they say, all he needed to do was draw.

The cover is showcased on the New Yorker Culture Desk blog, along with a slide show of some of Mattotti’s earlier covers in glorious colour and high-resolution detail. Well worth perusing.
